Delivery & Returns

All of our parcel's are now send via Royal Mail, using their fully tracked Tracked 24 service. We aim to pack, wrap and dispatch all orders within 1-2 days, but this can be slighlty longer at busy times.


Free – for all orders over £75
£5 – for all orders under £75
£1 – for a single card, or gift voucher
Free – collect from store at your convenience

Please note that once your parcel leaves us we unfortunately have no further control over the delivery. If you are not home when Royal Mail deliver you will need to arrange a redelivery or collection, which can easily be done via your tracking information. You are also given options on the day to change your delivery date etc.

 
 
 

Collect from Store

If you would like to collect your order from the store, please select this option at the checkout. Your order can be collected on any of our opening days (currently Weds-Sun) from the day after your order. If you would like to collect your order on the same day, please email to let us know to have it ready for you.

 

Sending Your Order as a Gift

If you are sending something directly to a friend or loved one, we offer a card writing service for no additional charge – simply type your message in the message box at the checkout. Your message can either be written into a card that you are purchasing, or will be written on a small notecard. Your order will also be beautifully wrapped, and the invoice will be left out. If you are not purchasing a card, we kindly ask that you keep your message short to ensure it will fit.

 

Returns Policy

We kindly ask that you take your time before making a purchase to avoid returns. If you do need to return an item, please email us to request a return within 7 days of receiving you order and we will advise you of the next steps.

Please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund (unless the remainder of your order after the refund is over the total required for free delivery).

We take the utmost care to package your items safely to avoid any damage in transit. Should you receive a damaged item, please email us as soon as you can with your order number and images of the damage and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
